Return Policy
At Scrubs Boutique and
More LLC our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason
with your purchase at Scrubs Online and More, it may be returned within 14 days
of purchase. You can visit our local store to exchange or return your item(s)
(Restrictions apply),
please call our local store to confirm that we carry the
product that you would like to return or exchange
(we cannot accept items in
store if we do not carry the product in store that is being returned or
exchanged). Please understand, we cannot accept items, if:
1)That have been worn, altered, laundered, embroidered, screen printed or damaged by the purchaser.
2) Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags and labels as shipped.
3) Footwear must be clean and in original condition. Please try on your shoes on a clean, dry surface to avoid discoloration to the white soles.
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. It is required that your
billing address match the delivery address for your safety. To assure proper
credit, all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
To return an item, there are two ways:
